Biography
Regina K. Campbell is the City Councilwoman for Pontiac's District 6. She is committed to building trust through collaboration and advancing policies that strengthen neighborhoods, support local businesses, and promote equitable and sustainable growth across the city.
Regina brings more than a decade of experience in construction, real estate, and community development. She is the founder of Ginasis Construction, a licensed general contracting firm, and a licensed real estate professional. She previously worked as a commercial construction project coordinator with AUCH Construction and holds an associate degree in Construction Management. Regina is also an active member of the National Association of Black Women in Construction.
In addition to her professional background, Regina is a Licensed Respiratory Therapist, a graduate of Leadership Oakland (LOXXIV), and an alumna of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Pontiac Historic District Commission, bringing a strong focus on preservation, transparency, and responsible development.
Regina is deeply engaged in the community through long-standing volunteer service, youth mentorship, housing advocacy, and voting-rights initiatives. She is passionate about preserving neighborhood character, expanding economic opportunity, and ensuring a fair and open process in local government.
Councilperson Campbell was elected to represent City Council District Six in November 2025 to a four-year term expiring on January 1, 2030.
